Welcome to Tails of Recovery!
Thank you for your interest in fostering for Tails of Recovery, Inc. hereafter referred to as
“TOR”. The TOR foster program provides temporary care for pets while their owners
leave domestic violence situations or pursue treatment for mental health or substance
use disorders. Our ultimate goal is to reunite pets with their owners once the owner is in
a healthier, safer place. Foster volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and have all
